We had the best family celebration yesterday at Prezzo, Cheam for my daughters 12th birthday and a house move completion the food was lovely and fresh, huge portions and amazing cocktails. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble they put us in our own lovely table in its own unique area which made us feel very special. They allowed me to drop the birthday cake and balloons and set up the table ready for the surprise.
Very lovely interior, quite spacious and attentive staff. We had the 3 course set menu from buyagift and was absolutely worth getting! Such great portion sizes as well as delicious food (as always). Prezzo is defo a fave of ours but first time coming to this branch but will definitely be returning. Loved the atmosphere.
Great food, and service. Restaurant itself was a little cold in temperature, but defo have the balsamic and goats cheese bread sharer starter...yum!!
Food was really nice, however, the service really let the place down. We were greeted by a friendly face and it went downhill. We were not asked if everything was okay with our food and it took the waiting teams age to collect our plates. It didn’t matter too much as we were busy talking, when the waitress came to collect the plates she didn’t ask whether we enjoyed the meal and wanted dessert. We finished our drinks and had to ask for the bill 20 minutes later with no further interaction from the waiting team. It’s a shame as the food was really nice but the service really lets this place down.
What a difference the staff make! Our first visit in a few months having an OK experience previously. How different this visit was to be! I cannot praise Annie & Oliver enough. On our arrival we were greeting professionally and seated prompted. From the very moment we were seated Annie & Oliver engaged courteously and tended to a drink and food requirements. Both Annie and Oliver were charming; Exceptionally well spoken. Annie offered some endearing enchanting comments about my wife of which brought a smile to her face too. Annie and Oliver's table service also come with a smile. We felt like all customers should feel - like V.I.P's. The food was good and complimented the service by Annie & Oliver. Our visit was just perfect. Our next visit won't be too far off. Keep up the good work. Just brilliant. Thank you. Dave & Gill. x
