I’ve used Lavish twice now and both times the beauty therapist has gone above and beyond in her services! I’ve had an Indian head massage and a deep cleansing facial and both have been fantastic! Also such great value for money! Even though I used a voucher, I would have happily paid full price. I’ll definitely be back. I really recommend.

I just had a full body waxing and Alpa welcomed me so nicely! She is the most patient, professional, friendly and kind beautician I have never meet so far. I am pregnant so you would imagine how uncomfortable could be for both sides! Happy and satisfied client! I left a nice review for Alpa a few months ago without mentioning a very important details. She was rushing at the end so left hairs - undone - on the back of my legs both sides. In addition, the underarm skin was burned and I didn’t have time to deal with this any earlier due to the pregnancy, I didn’t want to add any stress. I went back to the salon on the 18 May - before my baby due date - and my eyebrows were ruined by the owner. A refund of £5 was processed , fair enough. Now what’s left is a hole in my eyebrow and a burned skin. I am extremely disappointed. I would love to attach some pictures here but I can’t or I don’t know how to do it. Dua, the owner is aware of this. She apologised, but my skin is permanently ruined. I don’t have any choice but to take legal action. ????
