Just got my first ever bikini wax, Huma was lovely and extremely quick. She kept me talking all the way through so I barely thought about the pain! Definitely would consider another treatment with them.

I don’t like to complain about places, the lady who did my pedicure was very nice but whilst doing my feet she cut new skin , she did apologise but then proceeded to put something on it, it did hurt but I thought it would heal , 2 weeks later, I ended up at a&e with an infected foot. £20 later for a prescription of antibiotics and cream. I have emailed and got no response , I’m not sure what else I can do
