Had the most loviest of experiences at The Beauty Rooms. A belated birthday treat for my mum. Sophie our therapist was so professional and kind. Made us both feel truly pampered and looked after. My treatment was so very relaxing and felt like a real treat. Couldn’t recommend any more xx
After reading mostly positive reviews I booked in and am glad I did. The therapist was really friendly and the salon was welcoming, made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Will definitely book in again.

I've been going here for years and it's never disappointed me! A wonderful place tucked away in Carshalton, offering a variety of beauty treatments. From massages to facials; hair removal (laser and waxing), eye lash treatments to manicures! The staff go above and beyond to meet your needs and are very friendly and courteous, making your visit comfortable. They also have a wide range of Elemis products, including gifts you can purchase or order and also have a lovely selection of Jane Iredale make up products (my fave is the BB cream...flawless!) They have also introduced a points system, where you can collect points on each visit which you can redeem as rewards or offers available at the Beauty Rooms. Gift vouchers are also available to purchase to give as a gift to your friends/family, or even to treat yourself! Cannot fault this place whatsoever and highly recommend to everyone!
I tought I'm gonna have a nice experience in this salon as it has 5* reviews and I was looking for a good, clean, high standard salon as I'm new in the area but unfortunately I had the worst manicure and pedicure done so far in London.! I had gel manicure which usually for me it stays very well up to 3 weeks but this one started to peel off the next day and the pedicure wasn't dry when I arrived home after more then one hour and I had to do it myself again but being 8 months pregnant was quite difficult of course.! The girl who did my nails was nice but not experienced enough and everything was really uncomfortable for me..
