We chose Cromwells initially as we noticed a lot of their signs in the area where we were looking. After signing up with them, the sales process was seamless and the house was sold within weeks with an extremely competitive fee which included our solicitors fees. Ian was our linked agent, who sold the house and helped nudge us in the right direction towards a house he thought we would like that we had initially dismissed. After trusting his advice, we ended up also buying with Cromwells and Ian made sure we got a good deal on the house we were purchasing!
