My family and I needed an apartment urgently and of all the agents we met, he was the only one who kept calling us and providing updates. Even when it seemed that getting an apartment for us would be almost impossible, he was tenacious in his search and ensured we got a very lovely apartment. I'm so grateful for his support both during the search and while moving in. He explained the process step by step and made the transition from relocating to a new area very stress free. After we moved in, he still called to ensure we were comfortable and had no issues with the apartment.
