Really enjoyed my experience with Pinpoint. Advice was clear and easy to follow. Daryl Wilson did a great job in contacting me regularly to check in whilst going through the process of securing a permanent role.
Please avoid at all cost! I worked there! This company does nothing but bully their members of staff and clients. The Wallington branch I worked in for awhile and reported on many occasions of bullying from other members of staff including Zoe award and Dave Coomansingh to HR and directors and nothing was done. They speak nastily in the office about clients and individuals they’re employing. They say vulgar things about them and it’s disgusting. Please avoid this place at all costs whether you’re a client an employee or seeking work. Coming from somebody that worked in the Wallington branch please avoid.
Do not work with this company. They have no respect for the workers. As I was about to start on Monday the 30th but I had an illness so I contacted them saying that I can’t make it as you do because you don’t want to spread your illness around and they said that I’ll start the following week then but now today I have received a call for a disrespectful person called DIONNE BLAKE saying that she has changed her mind and that she can’t offer me the position now so I ask her why this has happened and she just started saying “you are unreliable that’s why your out of work “ following it with “ I’ve changed my mind sooo” . I do not expect to be treated like this when all I’m trying to do is find work this isn’t exceptable if this is the way they treat their employees avoid as much as possible.
Had a check to ask me to leave a review for them but when asked for a reference to say I worked with them and they then said I hadn't worked with them long enough.
