Victoria was very polite when making the order. It seems the staff there are under a lot of pressure due to lack of staff and how busy the place is.
Good coffee. Shame that they got order wrong initally, didn't listen to request to "drink in", forgot extra hot when passing order to barista and forgot the requested order for water. The decaf ordered was probably served as caf. Not much else to get wrong. Coffee was good though which is the main point of going to Costa and 3 star review.
Ordered a coffee frappe and a salted caramel frappe with no coffee for delivery but got a cups of frothy milk no coffee at all then a coffee salted caramel frappe. Totally wrong order.
