I’ve been using this company for many years. Excellent friendly service as always. Since , I have found this place I never went anywhere else, alterations are always done at a very high standard and on time. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone :)
This has been my go-to company for the past 3 years and they'd always do a good job. However I never quite liked the smell of my coats post dry-cleaning. More recently, I tried asking for a discount for being a loyal customer over the years but I was turned down. In addition to that, before collecting my coat, I called 10 mins to let them know to get it ready (which is the purpose of the ticket numbers they give), I was told it would be ready and the lady asked for my ticket number over the phone but upon reaching there, I asked if I can collect my jacket, to which the lady asked for my ticket number again. I told her I called a few minutes ago, she looked at me and replied quite sarcastically pointing to all the other clothes "we have so many customers". My coat also now smells like damp.
Took a blazer which needed mending to this place yesterday evening. Got a call today with the job completed, less than 24 hours later, completed to a brilliant standard. Very friendly service, great price. Will not go anywhere else now! Thank You.
Brilliant service as usual. Shortened and tapered trousers and took up jacket sleeves in less than 24 hours for the perfect fit! Always take my clothes here to be altered and cleaned, have also recommended to multiple family members who use them now too! Can not fault them at all... 5⭐️ service!
