10/10 for this Cleaners, dropped my Paul&Shark wool cap in for a clean and was well impressed with the standard. Nice friendly chap who runs it too, will now be my go to laundry/tailoring service.
Immaculate service. Brought in a jacket with a huge burn hole in the upper arm and just picked it up and it took me 5 minutes to actually find the repair they had made. It was seamless, practically brand new when I thought previously it would be unrepairable. Service was prompt, staff friendly and attentive and service done at a very reasonable price. Couldn't recommend more, at the very least via the repair route!
Excellent service . Removed coffee stains from my jacket. Didn’t think they would come out but was told they would try their best . I was very happy with the results but the reason for writing this review isn’t just the cleaning— when I collected my jacket I was handed a £10 note which was found in my pocket before cleaning. I had no idea. Very honest of them and this was very appreciated
Excellent customer service.I am so pleased with the outcome of my Indian outfits being cleaned, they look brand new, as when I dropped they were covered with stains. Thank you for your quality and professional service. I would definitely recommend and will see you again in future.
2 Suits put in on Tuesday for the following Monday, went to pick them up, not ready. Explanation given 'staff aren't being trained properly'. The assistant was rude offered no compromise, told me I was aggressive and when I asked for the suits back, (trousers done, jackets cleaned but not pressed) I was accused of mucking him about! I refused to pay for the jackets, the trousers came to £9 and when I went to pay by card he wouldn't accept it as they have a £10 minimum charge and told me to go to the cashpoint and get cash! I ended up paying the extra pound. I have never experienced such bad customer service and would never use this place again.
