Went in six months ago to get a watch battery. Whilst I waited for the two members of staff to finish their conversation I was told to come back in 40 minutes. They weren't busy and I was the only person in the shop. I came back after 40 minutes and they had forgotten to do the battery. They did it there and then in a minute so why I had to go away for 40 minutes I'll never know. The battery has only lasted six months which is why I decided to write the review today.

Gemma, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer services.They take excellent pride in every customer, from the very first phone call I knew that Warrenders would be the best/ only shop I wanted to purchase my wedding band from. I'm an extremely happy customer and can't praise them enough.
