We decided to work with Happy Builders after a very positive discussion with their client services team. Our project was relatively simple, we wanted to complete a rear extension with open plan kitchen diner and some minor work to our master bedroom. Geo, who was our assigned architect was extremely positive and enthusiastic. He understood our needs and we felt really listened to our objectives. The work he created was good and after selecting one option, we pretty much went ahead to planning with little amends. There was some delay to obtain planning permission, but Geo kept us informed.
I had an excellent experience with Happy Building Ltd through the design and planning stage of my extension project. At the outset, Carlotta provided a detailed explanation of each stage of their process and I particularly liked that you received two design plans that included an estimate of costs. This helped ensure my plans were realistic and I wasn't expecting any extreme surprises. My designer, Geo was very creative and thoughtful towards my families particular needs. Everything was done efficiently and with an eye for detail. I was extremely grateful for the several redesigns and support through a stressful planning application.
Happy Builders have carried our extensive external work , bathroom fitting, wardrobe building and redecoration throughout my house. The quality of their work is excellent and they are respectful and polite at all times. They are keen to do a top quality job and work hard to do so. They are honest and communicate well and I felt have pride in their work. I recommend them and would use them again. They helped me realise a vision for my home which is exactly as I hoped. We hired Happy Building for our loft conversion and rear extension project. The architect, Miles, was very responsive and helpful during the whole process of getting the planning permission. He always keep us updated and in touch with the council with no delay. In fact, our project was quite tricky but he was very patient and supportive at all time. We are so appreciated with his help.
We have been working with Geo Wilkins and the team at Happy Building to develop plans for our full renovation project. We've been really happy with the quality and service they have provided, especially as we have had to significantly re-work our original plans due to costs and other constraints.
